The cuisine we offer is Provençal, traditional and resolutely modern. The appetizer, starter, main course and dessert are all homemade, using good and beautiful local products.

Every evening, we offer you a unique menu at €42, excluding drinks, per person that reflects our beautiful region, rich in taste and flavor.

You will enjoy this generous, gourmet and succulent cuisine, in an atmosphere combining the professionalism of your hosts, with conviviality.

Meet the teams

Caroline Juste, at the reception and service, and Nicolas Juste, the Chef, strive to offer you an authentic and refined cuisine, and a quality service.

They left their suitcases at Murs, at the gates of Gordes, after an enriching and formative journey in various palaces on the Côte d'Azur: in Cannes, in Carlton, Martinez, Noga Hilton and many more.

They went through Tourrettes-sur-Loup to open their own restaurant “le Petit Manoir”, then in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with the restaurant “Nicolas Juste”.

Group meals

Our guest house near Gordes, offers to host your group meals, business or family.

For a minimum of six guests and for a maximum of twenty people, we can offer you a menu adapted to your desires and the needs of your gatherings.
