Meet the teams

Caroline Juste, at the reception and service, and Nicolas Juste, the Chef, strive to offer you an authentic and refined cuisine, and a quality service

They left their suitcases at Murs, at the gates of Gordes, after an enriching and formative journey in various palaces on the Côte d'Azur: in Cannes, in Carlton, Martinez, Noga Hilton and many more.

They went through Tourrettes-sur-Loup to open their own restaurant “le Petit Manoir”, then in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with the restaurant “Nicolas Juste”.
